Down-Spouts Finished & Downstairs Trim (5/25/16)

Tonight Mike finished up the last 2 down-spouts on the gutters.  

He also replaced a part on the air-conditioner hoping it would fix it, but it didn't do the trick.  Ever since we moved it from it's original location it hasn't worked right.  He called someone to come out and look at it next week.

I painted some trim for downstairs today and Mike was able to put it up tonight.

2 of 4 Down-Spouts Done (5/23/16)

Tonight Mike finished putting all the clips on the rest of the gutters.  He also put up 2 of the 4 down-spouts.  2 left to go and the gutters will be complete!

Gutters Up (5/22/16)

Today we finished putting up the gutters on the rest of the front of the house and the garage side.  Mike got them all sealed up with caulk and has to finish putting some clips on some sides, then he will work on the down-spouts.

Gutters (5/21/16)

Today we started on the gutters.  We got up the following sections:

Above the side door

Back of the house

Side with master bedroom & office

Above office window

Laundry Chute (5/15/16)

Today Mike made some metals panels for the inside of the laundry chute and put the outside trim on it.  We had some extra doors from the bathroom closet that were not made correctly from our cabinet maker, so Mike was able to cut one down and make it into the door for the laundry chute.  He just needs to clean it up and repaint it.

Electrical Panel Complete (5/14/16)

Today Mike finished up some wiring on the furnace and also the electrical panel.  He was finally able to put the cover on it since it's complete!

Island Wiring Finished (5/11/16)

Tonight Mike put 2 outlets in the island and the switch for the lights above the island.   

Bar Sink Faucet (5/10/16)

Tonight Mike finished up the plumbing to the bar sink in the dining room and put our old kitchen sink faucet in there for now.

New Kitchen Sink Faucet (5/9/16)

We got new faucet for the kitchen sink. I never really liked the old one since we got it because it sprayed so hard.  Mike put the new one in tonight.  It works so much better than the old one!!  For now we are going to put the old one at the bar sink in the dining room so we finally can have the plumbing hooked up and may eventually replace it.

Screen Door on Side Door (5/7/16)

Today Mike put a screen door on the side door.

Upstairs Trim Complete! (5/6/16)

Tonight Mike finished putting up the rest of the window trim upstairs.  This completes the trim upstairs!

Master Bedroom Large Window Trim Complete (5/4/16)

Yesterday I finished painting the door jams for all the doors downstairs.  Mike put up the trim piece in the center of the office window.

Today Mike put up the trim on the large window in our bedroom.

Upstairs Trim Building Finished (5/1/16)

This weekend Mike finished building the rest of the trim for upstairs.  He got it all prepped and ready for paint.
