I finally finished the doors upstairs tonight!!! It feels so good to have them done! Pam came over again and helped so much, we painted the door jams and the edges of the doors by the hinges.
I brought over all the kitchen and bathroom things, we got everything unpacked and organized. What an accomplishing night!
Mike cleaned up the garage so it is ready to fill up. He also finished putting in the last few relays in the attic for the light switches. He put in the final 2 pieces of trim in Kate's room too.
I put the final coat of mud on the walls that needed to be patched by the light switches so they will be ready for paint tomorrow.

Progress in the last month
Over the last month we've worked on a few things here and there. I painted all the doors upstairs, a little at a time. They each needed 2 coats of paint so it took quite awhile. The jams still need to be painted.
I went over one night this last week and the kitchen light would not turn off when I was leaving. Mike figured out that a relay was broke for the low voltage lighting that is in the house. This turned out to be a good thing because he was able to change out all the light switches and put in normal switches!! Before, half of the switches were an old style rocker and then the others were a somewhat normal looking switch but they were turned sideways...strange! So I am super happy that the switches are all normal now! Since some of the switches were sideways and now they are up and down, we had to patch the walls around the switch. There's 2 coats of mud on them now, one more coat and some paint and they will be done.
Last week and yesterday Mike setup some shelving units in the storage room. We brought over all of our things that we normally "store" and filled up most of the shelving already! It is really nice to have the space for the shelving and have everything all organized!
Tonight Pam came over and helped me with a few things. We put door knobs on all the doors upstairs. We also put the toilet paper holder in the bathroom upstairs. Sounds easy, not so much, drilling through the bead-board was hard! Anyways, we felt pretty domesticated figuring out how to install those things!
I got rugs for the kids rooms and another one for the living room. Things are coming together and it looks more like a home!
