Roof Progress (9/27/21 - 11/3/21)

Mike made a lot of progress on the roof in October!

We are ready for shingles!

Framing Roof Extension (9/17/21-9/22/21)

Mike extended out the roof on the left side of the house above my office window.

Roof Beams Finished (9/16/21)

Mike finished putting up the beams for the porch roof.

Roof Beams (9/14/21)

Slowly Mike is getting the beams up on the porch roof, one beam at a time!

Roof Demo (9/6/21)

Mike got the white trim boards put on the front of the porch deck. He also took off the roof overhang above the front door.

Front Yard Seeded (8/25/21)

We got the front side yard straightened out and seeded.

Porch Decking (8/20/21-9/1/21)

Mike got the decking put down. It took quite a bit of figuring and lots of days to get it all laid down, but we love how it turned out!

Backyard Seeded (8/22/21)

We got the yard in the back raked and leveled out and put down seed. It was such a hot summer that we waited until the weather cooled down so we'd have a better chance of the seed coming in.

Steps (8/17/21)

Mike got the stringers made for the steps

Sidewalk (7/31/21)

We got the sidewalk poured!
