Bump it out...or not (8/30/13)

Mike worked on the office window bump out section again tonight, didn't get a whole lot done, but then we decided it'd be better to get the egress window wells built while the weather is still nice so we can get grass seed planted.  On to hauling heavy blocks and class 5!
