CUP - Engineering

Mike met with the city engineering department yesterday to discuss our water disbursement system.  Most likely we will end up with a water garden in the yard.  There are others in the area and they are a large area in the front yard with lots of plants and landscaping, I don't want that at all.  Sounds like it can be filled with grass, but just has to have special soil beneath it - for the water to collect and then eventually drain.  Mike thinks we may be able to put it in the backyard by the playset where the yard already dips down anyways - which I am completely fine with.
