Planning Commission Meeting

Tonight Mike attended the city planning commission meeting.  They approved the CUP and 5 foot setback along the back side of the house, but did not approve the front porch.  This is exactly how we knew it would probably go.  They talked about possibly moving the posts back 2 feet and then it would fit more into their guidelines.  We are going to leave it as is and wait for the city counsel meeting on March 11th.  Sounds like they approve more things and our chances are much better with that group.  If it doesn't get approved then we will look at changing the size of the porch at that time....hopefully we won't need to think about that!
