Kitchen back together, more flooring & paint (12/8/10)

Mike got the new vinyl installed and the kitchen put back together.  We purchased a new dishwasher as the old one was broke.  He also tore out the tile backsplash above the sink.

 The kids enjoying dinner in the new kitchen!

 The bathroom paint is done.

 Mike took the laminate flooring out of Kate's room to expose the orginal hardwood floors.

 This was the biggest surprise of all!!!!  When Mike took the laminate flooring out of Evan's room this is what was under it!!!!  SO FUNNY!!!!  We had to laugh because Evan LOVES cars and trucks, so he had a race car room!  It didn't last more than 10 minutes and Mike had it ripped out.

Painting the tile in the bathroom, it's a little easier than ripping it out and replacing, I just hope the paint holds up.
