Water :( (12/30/10)

We had a 40 degree day in December!!  Go figure, we're in MN, anything can happen!  So there was lots of melting and we had some water come in the downstairs bedroom :(  We had plans to carpet this bedroom and the livingroom once we repainted, so now we will wait to do this bedroom until spring and Mike can determine what is leaking, hopefully it is something simple to fix.  It sucks but I'm glad it happened now before we bought new carpet and it got ruined this spring!  We will probably just get a cheap remenant to put in there for now so at lease we can put some things in the room.
