The Directv guy was out today and put up a new dish and ran a ton of cable through the house in all the places we wanted it. Mike put in a line and faucet out to the front of the house, there was only one in the back. All of this was fed through the wall opening downstairs where there used to be an entertainment area that Mike tore out. Now that all that stuff is done Mike can sheetrock the walls and we can paint!
Mike and John Wiik did some figuring on the steps going downstairs. Mike is going to rip out the "scary" stairs and put in normal ones. The ones that are there are super steep and the tread is short so you to be very cautious going down them.
I sanded the walls going down the steps so they are ready for paint. I also painted the closet in the downstairs bedroom, well the first coat at least. I started getting the trim in the livingroom upstairs ready for paint too.
